      	Production logs demonstrate that the issue was mitigated by our vendor within 3 hours of the initial degradation. Our logs demonstrate that the website has been healthy and stable for the past few hours.

        Investigating -
      	The aws-east-1 outage impacted our frontend hosting vendor for less than 3 hours. Our Platform Frontend (app.argmaxinc.com) was temporarily unavailable making our Docs, Billing Portal and Secrets Management inaccessible through our website. For clarity, our Platfrom Backend was not impacted and continued serving existing and new users throughout this period.
